ONLINE BOOKING
After
verify the availability of the villa, it is possible to book it
through our web site.

Go
to the home page, insert your email, the villa you would like to
book, the dates of your holiday, and the number of guest, then click
on search;

Verify
possible restriction, like the minimum stay and the check-in
checkout day;

If
everything is ok, click on book now;

Insert
all the data required;
-
Pay
the 30% of the total amount as a deposit, by credit card;

You
will receive an email with the reservation details, please print it
and show it at check-in.
Instead,

Prices
includes:
- Bath
and bed linens (1 bath towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bidet towel per person
and bath mats);
- Partial
week cleaning, where bath linens are replaced;
- Kitchen
linen (cooking pot set, dishes, glasses, cutleries, etc…);
- Guest
usage (water, electricity, gas);
- Welcome
kit (extra virgin oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, water, coke,
Nutella, jam, toast bread, milk, cookies and trash bags);
- Parking
spot;
- Weekly
cleaning;
- Evening in a trattoria (typical restaurant) to taste focacce (stuffed bread) and ricotta.

will be possible at the check-in.
Security
deposit:

At
the check-in time we will require a security deposit of €300,00 to
be refund within 15 days after your departure if no damage are
found.
Cancellation
policy:

By
60 days prior arrival, the deposit will be refunded;

From
60 and 30 days prior arrival, the deposit will be charged;
-
From
30 to 15 days prior arrival, 50% of the total amount booked, will be
charged;
-
From
15 days prior arrival or NO SHOW, 100% of the total amount booked,
will be charged.
