  • Are the rates per person or for the entire villa?

    Our rates are for the entire villa.

  • On which day do villa bookings start?

    Usually villa bookings commence from Saturday but we are very flexible and we will try our best to figure out the best solution for your holiday.

  • Waht is the required length of stay?

    Normally, a minimum 7-nights stay is required.

  • Is it possible to organize a late check out?

    Generally a late check out can only be confirmed a few days before your departure as it depends on whether an arrival is expected in the villa. Depending on the number of extra hours required an added fee might be applied.

  • Is it possible to organize an early check in?

    In case of no changeover day, we will be happy to welcome you before the normal check in time. This service can only be confirmed few days before your arrival.

  • Who will look after me during my stay?

    Either the villa owner or the local host will attend you during your stay.

  • Can we have a courtesy hold?

    Yes, we offer a courtesy hold of 3 days.

  • Is it possible to add additional guests after booking?

    Yes, if there is enough space it is usually possible. Please discuss all changes or improvements to your booking before your arrival with our staff that will be able to inform you of any limitations or added costs.

  • Is a security deposit required?

    Yes, we require a security deposit of €300,00 at arrival time, to prevent from damage; at check-out, if the villa's conditions are ok, the security deposit will be refund by 15 days after the departure.

  • How is payment made?

    Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal are absolutely accepted for payment.

  • What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

    The deposit required to consider a villa booked is the 30% of the total amount, to be paid at the reservation moment.

    If the booking is cancelled by 60 days prior arrival, the deposit will be refunded; from 60 and 30 days prior arrival, the deposit will be lost; from 30 to 15 days prior arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged; from 15 days prior arrival or NO SHOW, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

  • Is the Insurance included?

    Yes, it is included in the total amount.

  • Why do you require my flight details?

    Home in Sicily requires these details because in case of your flight is delayed or deleted, our team has the possibility to contact the airport and to be up to date on the status of your flight.

  • Are towels and linen provided?

    Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided at all of our properties.

  • Are beach towels provided?

    No. Paying an extra fee can provide Beach towels.

  • Can crib and highchair be provided?

    Yes, both crib and highchair can be provided, free of charge, if asked at the reservation time. If more than one of each item is required, this can usually be arranged for a small fee. Please contact us for more details.

  • Are an iron and ironing board provided?

    Yes, they are.

  • Are hairdryers provided?

  • Are barbecues provided?

    Yes, in some villas. Please refer to the villa description to check on your specific villa/s.

  • How far is the beach?

    Depending on your villa choice, usually is a short drive away. Please refer to your specific villa selections for detailed information.
